Na’thip Thai Massage – Client Policy Statement
1. Professional Conduct
Na’thip Thai Massage is committed to providing professional and therapeutic services. We do not offer any sexual services. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touching, will result in immediate termination of the session and potential refusal of future services.
2. Health and Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate and complete health information during the intake process. Certain medical conditions may contraindicate massage therapy. The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the client's health status poses a risk to their well-being or the therapist's safety.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are required to provide at least 3 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of the session. Accepted forms of payment include cash and major credit cards. Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services rendered.
5. Liability Waiver
The client acknowledges that massage therapy involves physical touch and may have associated risks. By receiving services, the client waives any claims against Na’thip Thai Massage and its staff for any injuries or adverse effects arising from the therapy, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
